Fire Water Tank
A reinforced concrete fire water tank executed within the 10th Support Division for Hassan Allam Holding. The tank features a 432 m³ storage capacity, divided into a dedicated pump room and a water storage compartment. Internal waterproofing was applied using epoxy coating, while external insulation utilizes membrane rolls protected by cartonal sheeting. The tank is integrated with fire pump systems that supply the firefighting network serving the central workshops, warehouses, administrative buildings, and accommodation facilities.

Heavy Transportation Workshop
A steel structure facility with a height of 12 meters and an area of 1,150 m², consisting of two buildings:
- Building One is a two-story workers' camp:
First floor: communal bathroom for workers + buffet/pantry.
Second floor: sleeping rooms for workers + central kitchen. - Building Two is a steel structure consisting of:
Ground floor for vehicle maintenance and a two-story spare parts warehouse for vehicles.
Second floor contains administrative offices, a meeting room, and an administrative bathroom. - Building Three is dedicated to transport equipment spare parts and vehicle scale:
First floor: administrative offices.
Second floor: warehouse. - The Canopy is a steel structure executed with 13 steel columns. The flooring was poured and finished using the helicopter (mechanical finishing machine), with a hardtop surface treatment layer applied to increase hardness and corrosion resistance. The flooring was finished, painted, and lined using epoxy material.
- Contains a wheel alignment workshop, a balancing lane, and a vehicle painting oven.

Central Equipment Workshop
A steel structure mounted on reinforced concrete foundations, executed within the 10th Support Division for Hassan Allam Holding. The facility is purpose-built for the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, electrical generators, and vehicles, fully equipped with water distribution, electrical, and compressed air supply lines. The building spans two levels: a ground floor comprising administrative offices, a prayer hall, a spare parts warehouse, and a lathe workshop; and a mezzanine housing two additional administrative offices.

Scaffolding Management Facility
A 300 m² site development project within the 10th Support Division for Hassan Allam Holding. Execution encompassed multiple sequential phases including excavation, soil replacement, compaction, and paving. The facility serves as a dedicated area for the assembly, maintenance, and fabrication of metal scaffolding systems supporting ongoing construction operations.

Administrative Building B4
A reinforced concrete administrative building spanning 183 m² with an overall height of 10.6 m, executed within the 10th Support Division for Hassan Allam Holding. The two-story structure comprises: a ground floor housing administrative offices, workstations, communal restrooms, and a pantry; and a first floor featuring a conference room, administrative offices, communal restrooms, and an IT room. The building is distinguished by a full curtain wall glass facade and a concealed air conditioning system.

Labour Camp B3
A residential accommodation complex spanning 606.5 m² with a height of 12 m, executed within the 10th Support Division for Hassan Allam Holding. The three-story building (ground floor plus two typical floors) houses 48 bedrooms, a prayer hall, 3 central kitchens, and 7 restrooms — including 6 main facilities for workers and a dedicated administrative restroom — in addition to a central medical clinic.

Landscaping Works
Comprehensive landscaping works for the exterior areas surrounding the 10th Support Division buildings, executed for Hassan Allam Holding. The project encompasses soil preparation, green area cultivation, and automated irrigation network installation, alongside walkway and sidewalk construction using interlock pavers — achieving a harmonious balance between aesthetic appeal and functional design.
