The two-story structure comprises: a ground floor housing administrative offices, workstations, communal restrooms, and a pantry; and a first floor featuring a conference room, administrative offices, communal restrooms, and an IT room. The building is distinguished by a full curtain wall glass facade and a concealed air conditioning system.
